The starting point for most calls. Check-engine lights, warning messages, rough running and intermittent faults, properly tested at your location with the same equipment a workshop bay uses. Our mobile diagnostic starts at $110 within 15 miles, starting at $145 beyond that.

Once we've diagnosed the issue, we aim to complete the repair as quickly as possible. Depending on the diagnosis and vehicle, parts may need to be sourced after the problem is identified, so we can prepare properly for your service.

How We Quote, And When A Diagnostic Is Needed

There are two ways a job starts. Which one applies depends on whether we already know what has failed.

If The Repair Is Already Known

Priced On The Call

Call and describe the symptoms. When the required repair is already clear, a battery, an alternator, brakes, an oil change, we give you pricing up front, before we set off.

  • No diagnostic needed when the fault is already identified.
If The Cause Is Unknown

Mobile Diagnostic Service

When the cause isn't clear, guessing at parts costs you more than testing does. We schedule a paid mobile diagnostic, find the actual fault, and quote the repair from there.

Diagnostic fee applies. The repair is quoted separately, after diagnosis.

Our mobile diagnostic starts at $110 for locations within 15 miles, and starts at $145 beyond that, depending on the vehicle and the complexity of the fault. Diagnosis is skilled work with proper equipment, and it is charged as its own service. An accurate repair quote may require diagnosis first, we won't guess at a number we can't stand behind.
